Buffalo Chicken Flatbread

3 Bags House of Raeford Pulled Rotisserie Seasoned Chicken Meat, Thawed (3#/Bag)
110 Flatbreads, Whole Grain, 1oz Grain Equivalent/Flatbread
7# LMPS Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
10.3C Buffalo Wing Sauce, Reduced Sodium
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Prepare chicken: Place chicken in large mixing bowls.
3. Toss chicken with 3.5C buffalo sauce until well combined.
4. Prepare flatbread: Place flatbread in single layer on sheet pans.
5. Spread 1T of wing sauce evenly over surface of each flatbread
6. Sprinkle 1oz of cheese over each flatbread
7. Top flatbread with 1.77oz chicken mixture using a #24 scoop
8. Baked for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and chicken reaches an
internal temperature of 165°F.
