3 Bags House of Raeford Pulled Rotisserie Seasoned Chicken Meat, Thawed (3#/Bag)
5.25# Romaine Lettuce, Finely Shredded
2# Carrots, Shredded
2.5# Edamame, Frozen & Thawed, Shelled
3.25# Cherry Tomatoes
4.3# Mandarin Oranges, Drained
7C Crispy Wonton Strips
7C Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing, Reduced Sodium
55 Large Clamshell Containers

Preparation
1. Prepare chicken: Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Place chicken in large hotel pans.
3. Cover with foil and heat until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165°F
4. Prepare Salad: Place 1.53oz lettuce in a large clamshell container using a ¾C
measure
5. Add .52oz carrots using a #30 scoop to clamshell container
6. Add .92oz tomatoes using a #30 scoop to clamshell container
7. Add .75oz edamame using a #30 scoop to clamshell container
8. Add 1.34oz mandarin oranges using a #30 scoop to clamshell container
9. Add ⅛C wonton strips using a #30 scoop to clamshell container
10. Add 2.5oz chicken using a #16 scoop to clamshell container
11. Top salad with 2T salad dressing using a #30 scoop
12. Close clamshell container and shake well
13. Serve immediately.
