House of Raeford Farms & FLOCK Announce Winning Non-profits for the Hunger Action Month Giveaway

House of Raeford Farms and our non-profit, House of Raeford Farms FLOCK, celebrated Hunger Action Month with a fresh chicken giveaway this September.  We invited our social media followers and email subscribers to nominate their favorite non-profit who is helping to end hunger for a chance to win a fresh chicken donation this fall.

We received 200+ nominations for our September is Hunger Action Month Giveaway on this contest post.  There were so many amazing organizations that our team decided to pick more than one. Every winner we chose received multiple nominations with Eden’s Community Breakfast leading with over twenty nominations.

Hunger relief has always been a core mission of FLOCK.

Founded by a company that helps feed the world, FLOCK believes we have a role to play in the communities where House of Raeford operates: providing nourishment to those who are food insecure. We appreciated the opportunity to learn more about other non-profits who are making a difference in our states where we do business.
