Are you looking for a simple and fun way to give back and have fun this summer? Join other kids and House of Raeford Farms FLOCK to make a difference.
Take on the 2024 House of Raeford Farms FLOCK SUMMER CHALLENGE by checking off at least three activities below that make a difference in your life and your community. Once completed, email us a photo to collect your certificate.

STEP #2: MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE We’ll help you discover big and small ways to give back in your own community? Let’s roll up our sleeves and engage with service projects that make a real impact. Community clean ups, food drives, honor our community heroes. The FLOCK SUMMER CHALLENGE is all about spreading kindness and having fun while helping others in your community. Together, we can share the love!
- THANK A VETERAN OR LOCAL FIRST RESPONDER (LET’S RACE TO SEE HOW MANY LETTERS & DRAWINGS WE CAN COLLECT!) Thank a Hero THIS SUMMER! Write thank-you notes or create cheerful artwork to honor our first responders and military troops and veterans. Let’s show our local heroes some appreciation. Print templates for your letters and artwork. Mail your letters and drawings to: FLOCK Heroes, P. O. Box 699, Rose Hill, NC 28458
- SEND A NOTE OF ENCOURAGEMENT TO SOMEONE YOU APPRECIATE. Share words of encouragement with someone special. Send heartfelt notes of encouragement to brighten someone’s day. Whether it is a neighbor, a friend, a teacher or a family member, a little kindness goes a long way.
- VOLUNTEER TO HELP SOMEONE ELSE
