Three years ago, House of Raeford Farms FLOCK established an ongoing partnership with Camp Corral, matching monetary contributions they receive during their spring fundraising campaign. Developing, encouraging, and healing young people so they can achieve God’s purpose for their lives is the common thread flowing through both organizations.
Since its inception in 2011, Camp Corral has served more than 35,000 military-connected children across the country by offering summer camp experiences at no cost to the child’s family. Camp Corral affords them the unique opportunity to spend extensive time with other military children who share the challenges of growing up in a wounded or fallen warrior home.
One of the campers shared, “I think the best thing about going to Camp Corral is meeting new people, being involved in activities that I haven’t done before, and continuing to grow and be a better person for myself and others.”
