Record Giving Supports Children and Grandchildren of Employees and Contract Farmers
For 12 years, House of Raeford Farms has supported the dreams of students, and this year, we are thrilled to award scholarships to 33 promising individuals, helping them take one step closer to their goals. This is the highest number of recipients in the program’s history.
“Youth development is one of the pillars that upholds the mission of House of Raeford Farms FLOCK, the nonprofit organization that helps oversee this scholarship program,” said Bob Johnson, CEO & Owner of the company. “Inspiring dependent children and grandchildren of our dedicated employees and contract farmers through education, helps shape future generations.”
Each $2,500 scholarship award reflects a selection process that considers academic excellence, leadership qualities, involvement in school and community activities, honors, work experience, and personal statements of goals and aspirations.
