Chicken and Mango Braise

Mango, chipolte chili, and achiote powder in Sandra’s delicious dish will spice up your kitchen’s relationship with chicken. We use a whole chicken to give our family their choice of white or dark meat, but you can make this recipe with all bone-in thighs or all bone-in breasts if you prefer.
