Asian Chicken Lettuce Wrap

Prep & Cook Time: 25 minutes

Serves: 4

Wrap Ingredients 

3 cups chopped chicken, cooked

1 head of green leaf lettuce, rinsed

1/2 cup shredded carrots

2 tbsp cilantro

2 tbsp chopped peanuts

Sauce Ingredients 

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1 tsp grated ginger

1 cup onion, diced

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp rice wine vinegar

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp sriracha, optional

Heat up a small sauté pan on medium heat and cook onion, ginger, and garlic for about 5 minutes.

Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Remove sauce from heat and combine it with chopped chicken in a mixing bowl.

Scoop the mixture into lettuce leaves and garnish with shredded carrots, peanuts, and cilantro.
